Looks I'm craving from Brittique: H. Chalayan jacket and Camilla Staerk boots
I don't know how the editors, buyers and the rest of the fashion pack do it. Fashion Week around the globe is at least a month long, and even longer if you count Los Angeles, Seoul and Moscow, which are coming up. I'm exhausted after my own adventures in New York. Dream Sequins is sending some fabulous West Coast writers to great shows for Fashion Week LA, and I couldn't be more excited about the Spring '10 collections coming out of my hometown, including The Battalion (who were interviewed on Dream Sequins this year), Fremont and Chelsea Rebelle.
In sad news, I received an email from Brittique that after three years, the online boutique for cutting edge British designers will be closing. Nicole Bremner (whom we interviewed earlier this year on Dream Sequins) will be taking off time to spend more time with her family, including her two young babies.
