Is it me or are boots with the front and tongue cut out really gaining in popularity?
@grechen: Good point on the wedge... I think they're kind of block-y. Yeah. Something IS a wee bit off about them. And I think it's the cankle issue ;)
@Vyque: They're totally all over the place! That's why I'm hesitating in buying them because I don't want to be another clone!
I agree - the wedge seems off. Too heavy.
I quite like them, but the shape does seem a tad off, even to my untrained eyes lol. Hope you're having a beautiful day :)
I like them,but I don't think that they are comfortable:)
I like them in a 'fierce' kind of way.
Cankle wise I'm not sure and can only suggest trying them on and photographing to check. Some shoes of that kind are unflattering and some are surprisingly great!

I think it depends on how big your calves are too. For me I think they're too big so they'd look loose!

I've never tried this brand. It seems devoted to knocking off any higher end designer look that gets hot, no?
I think they can look awesome on the right person but they are really not my style, so money saved!

I like them, but there is a definatelt cankle possibility!
I would say they fall into the category of the "only for the uber skinny chicks" so if you're one of those then go for it, but otherwise it could fall into deep cankle territory.

They're pretty much a direct rip off off the Chloe Sevigny for OS boots http://www.openingceremony.us/entry.asp?pid=165 which surprisingly sold out in a heart beat for around $800! I'll take the Jeffrey Campbell ones first -- $168 is much better!
