So I'm back from my girls' weekend trip to Las Vegas. And I'm going to full writeup about the trip at some point this week. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and am still catching up on sleep and work, but for now, I leave you with this anecdote from the casino floors at the Wynn:
Picture it: 3 am in the morning; my friends and I decide to check out a few table games after a night out. I walk away from the blackjack table to take a phone call. While I'm standing off to the side, an obviously inebriated couple approaches, pauses as if they want to ask a question, then taps me on the upper arm.
"Those shoes are hella fine, girl!" The guy says, holding his girl up.
"Thanks," I say.
"Yeahhh!" The girl slurs.
"Oh hey," the guy says. "How about this? Can we borrow your shoes?"
"Um," I respond. "No--"
Then as quickly as they materialized, the couple scurries away.

OK, that.. would be scary. At least you gave a straight "No." I would have been English about it and apologised too.
Lesson 4: avoid Casino's after dark. Then again, daytime Casino living indicates problems.
Ha ha the casino floors of Vegas hotels are always full of creepers. I was there last summer with a couple girl friends, a group of guys literally ran after us and tried to follow us to our room. It took some fast running to the elevators to escape those nasties. Glad your experience wasn't too bad!
Ohhh VEGAS! Gotta love it. I am so glad you had fun! And I demand outfit pics and shoe pics and fun pics...yesss!!

Lol, how strange. Still, love that they commented on the shoes. And yes, can we see em? :)
Also, I did leave my shoes be (the studded boots). Studding is easy peasy, only problem is you push enough studs in and your fingers kill!

I dunno, I think it's kind of hilarious. Reminds me of the time a weird dude asked my 2 friends if he could pay $40 for the female friend to walk on him and my male friend said, "sold!"
Needless to say she wasn't down with that.
