Another interview of mine posted on the Dossier Journal style blog! This one is a profile of Debut New York, a boutique haven for emerging designers in Nolita...
that is so cool! Congrats. I will definitely check it out. Oh yes and my e-ring is antique. It's Art Deco circa 1920's and it's definitely my favorite piece of jewelry...ever :-)
Well done! It is wonderful what they have done, nurturing young talent is so important. And anyone starting out in fashion in this economy needs all the support they can get.
Thanks for your support, everyone! :) I'm happy to highlight this boutique. They really do carry some wonderful designers, and if you're in New York, I urge you to take a look!
London Darling: I love Cathy Pill as well.
TEXTSTYLES: Bisous to you! Thanks for stopping by!
nookie: Thank you thank you! :)
E: Thanks for your comment. As for rings (off topic)-- My engagement ring is a 19th century stone set in an art deco setting. Loooove the antiques!
Darrah: Glad you like! I'm doing more freelance writing these days, yes! I also write for print pubs.
Frankie: Aw shucks. Thanks for your kind words :)
Brigadeiro: Yay! The store is awesome. I want to buy a lot of items there... Tempting.
39th and Broadway: I completely agree! It's nice to know that these young designers have the passion and drive to start their own labels, given a difficult economy...
